1. Booking and Payment Process
- Complete and sign our official booking form to confirm your spot.
- 30% non-refundable deposit is required per person upon booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid 14 days before departure.
- Loop Vietnam reserves the right to reject any booking to ensure safety and quality.

Loop Vietnam strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal liability.
4. Responsibilities
Travelers must ensure they hold valid passports and visas. Accurate health/dietary info must be provided. Respectful behavior to locals and staff is expected at all times.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in Vietnamese courts, though we encourage amicable dialogue first.
